Provided are categorized video presentations explaining, in detail, various but relevant topics, guidance needed, tips and tricks to use, as well as questions you will encounter during your fitness journey.
These videos are created for educational purposes, and provide a framework to build off of.
There will be different techniques and strategies given to utilize to make your journey as stress free as possible, while also giving you "Lifetime" tools to use.
Provided is a database of exercises that are categorized by similarity of movement. All movements have written descriptions, as well as video links to view the movement in action.

Finally, I provide my list of books to read and podcasts to listen to. These tend to relate to anything involving nutrition, habits, mindset, training, and overall well-being.
There are also documents provided to help you become better with your daily routines, habits, adherence, progression, etc.
