This download consists of the program you will need to complete weeks 2 & 3 of the 8 Week Summer Slim Down Challenge. This is Fat Loss Phase 1. Please remember to fill in your NEW body stats in the information tab!

CARDIO

A.) If you have been doing cardio, keep your schedule as is but let's add 10 minutes per session keeping your heart rate >140 BPM (beats per minute)


B.) If you have not added cardio yet, lets do get 7 session in over the next 2 weeks (3 sessions 1 week and 4 sessions the next) at 30 minutes per session keeping your heart rate >140 BPM (beats per minute)
