The Last Week Is All About The GRIND Phase!

This download consists of the program you will need to complete week 8 of the 8 Week Summer Slim Challenge. This is it!!! The final segment of our 8 week journey. The Grind phase puts you in your last deficit! It's going to be a struggle but your adherence is KEY to your success here. Follow through with your commitment!

Cardio

For the last week we want to complete 6 x 35 minute sessions on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning keeping your heart rate >140 BPM (beats per minute).


In addition, later in the day, complete a 25 minute Power Walk keeping the HR around 110 BPM. It would be Ideal if you can do this RIGHT after your workout. If you cannot, then just make sure you get this in.


This means you will have 6 fasted cardio session and 6 Power Walks this week!
