The Next Week Is All About Fat Loss Phase 3!
Week 7 Download
This download consists of the program you will need to complete week 7 of the 8 Week Summer Slim Down Challenge. In this segment we put your body back into a caloric deficit. You had a nice mini break with the "Reset Phase," and now it's time to get back to work!
Keep the following in mind: "Appreciate the hunger."
Over the next week we want to complete 6 x 30 minute sessions on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning keeping your heart rate >140 BPM (beats per minute).
In addition, later in the day, complete a 15 minute Power Walk keeping the HR around 110 BPM. It would be Ideal if you can do this RIGHT after your workout. If you cannot, then just make sure you get this in.
This means you will have 6 fasted cardio session and 6 Power Walks this week!
