This download consists of the program you will need to complete week 6 of the 8 Week Summer Slim Down Challenge. This is known as the "RESET PHASE." Here we take a step back from the caloric deficit, we bring our calories up, and we allow our body to normalize.
Cardio
Over the next week we want to complete 5 x 40 minute sessions keeping your heart rate >140 BPM (beats per minute). You want to try to do this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or RIGHT after your workout.
