This download consists of the program you will need to complete weeks 4 & 5 of the 8 Summer Slim Down Challenge. In this Fat Loss Phase 2, we really start pushing the envelope here, and tap into that body fat for energy.
Now that everyone should be on a level playing field with cardio, lets complete a total of 9 sessions over the next 2 weeks at 30 minutes per session keeping your heart rate >140 BPM (beats per minute). The break down will be as follows- 4 sessions for week 4 & 5 sessions for week 5
