This is it!!! The final segment of our 10 week Transformation. The Grind to Finish phase puts you in your last deficit!
It's going to be a struggle but your adherence is KEY to your success here.

Cardio and Movement
Step count: at least 10,000 steps per day
Power Walks : Try to get 1 Power Walk per day for 20 minutes Keeping HR around 100 BPM (this will help you get your step count)
Cardio: 5 x per week I want you to try to complete 35 mins keeping HR around 125-135 BPM
