Cardio and Movement

Step count: at least 10,000 steps per day

Power Walks : Try to get 1 Power Walk per day for 10 minutes Keeping HR around 95-100 BPM (this will also help you complete your step count)

Cardio: 3 x per week I want you to try to complete 25 mins of any cardio of your choice (fasted in the AM or post workout if you can) keeping HR around 125-135 BPM
